What is Keylogger?
Software or hardware that records keystrokes to capture passwords and other sensitive input.
Software keyloggers are often bundled with trojans; hardware keyloggers are physical devices placed inline with a keyboard. Captured data is exfiltrated to the attacker.
They are a common component of info-stealer malware.
