What is Cryptojacking?
Hijacking a victim’s computing resources to mine cryptocurrency without consent.
Cryptojacking runs mining code via malware or malicious browser scripts, stealing CPU/GPU cycles and electricity. It is often noticed only through degraded performance or cloud-bill spikes.
Exposed cloud services and containers are common targets.
